Caremark operates a prescription plan similar to medical or dental insurance. DPA developed computer based training (CBT) lessons to train customer service representatives in how to deal with the public, answer questions, and access appropriate records.
DPA developed a training course for the certification of Citicorp telephone and branch representatives who must comply with federal requirements. A score tracking program was also delivered.
DPA carried out the analysis, design, development and implementation of system simulations in the Maintenance Administrator and Repair Service Clerk Training Course. Analysis, system engineering and programming services were provided for the Asymetrix Toolbook II-based CBT systems.
