DPA is developing electronic flight manuals for the Customs Service P-3 pilots and aircrew. One training manual is specific to the Pilot and Flight Engineer, the other is for Detection System Specialists. Each manual will include multimedia training materials, up-to-date reference information and user friendly computer based student testing and tracking.
